The Statin Myth
Here is an excellent article the spells out the benefits of statins. I really enjoy the statistic that it takes 50 people to treat in order to see the benefit. That translates into 2% efficacy…also there is no known drug that raises the good cholesterol (HDL)~how about EXERCISE! There are a lot of good nuggets in this one, enjoy.
