This is a good read and a very pragmatic approach to the “mystery” of acupuncture. Think of our medicine as an observational point of view. You do a treatment whether it be acupuncture, herbs, dietary changes and you see the response. Over the years these results have been documented and have become more of a sense of wisdom than hard facts. This is difficult for those that desire an evidence-based approach to treatment. Just as the sun rises you can assure someone that this is the outcome when you do certain treatments. And we can say this by experience that has transcended generations for hundreds of years.
