After spending a lot of money on various doctors, MRIs, physical therapy, chiropractic and massage, no one could give me a true diagnosis or a plan to relieve my symptoms. Finally, when my doctor suggested that I get on two weeks of high dosage steroids that may or may not work, I decided that there must be another way to feel better and get my health back on track.
