Alyssa J Infertility Sandra was referred to me by a friend  We had 3 failed IUI's and were told we could do 1 more, so we wanted to give it our best shot.  She was very knowledgeable and was able to give answers our fertility doctor was not giving us. Unbelievable First Visit I saw Mason yesterday for severe, stabbing pain in my upper shoulder.  After just this one visit, my pain has been diminished to about 10% of what it was before my visit.  My next visit is scheduled for Friday, and I can't wait to get there.
